I have an obnoxious neighbour. His name? I have no idea. But the relations between him and my parents are well. Crappy it may seem, I simply detests him. Why of which I have no idea, but the first look at him and I immediately placed him in my "Pariahs" column. And, ha, he happens to be the very first. It may seem very selfish of me to have this narrow-mind set towards this man, but I can simply find no evidence to why I should not avoid him. Maybe I just prefer to be left alone and to just poke my nose into my own business. I don't know. But damn, I met that racket this evening again. In fact, I have been seeing him pretty frequently. The exception this time around? He sparked a conversation. Shit.
Like any kaypo person, he will be asking "Why are you back so late?". I know this may be a friendly and casual question. But(Wtf to be exact), this is the holiday for crying out loud. Shouldn't I unwind? Then he continued babbering. "You do understand that it's dangerous for you to walk alone back home. Keep your eyes peeled.". Firstly, I must thank him for this tip. But. I am not a girl and if he wants assurance, the next time I meet him, I will fish out my Maglite and tell him"Nah. Ah Pek. This time, my eyes will be very peeled. And if anyone comes within 5m of my radius, I will clobber him with my torch.". Ok course, I did not have my light with me at that time, so I just mumbled "Ok..Sure..". And the siren continued whailing. "My son's out tonight. Will be back very late. Watching movies with his FRIENDS. What about you? Don't you go out?".. Two emotions came rushing to my mind at that moment. First came anger then sensibility. What the hell was that ass implying? That I am not that sociable? To hell with that donkey. If I have friends, I do not go round brandishing it ok? Damn. Who does his son mixes with anyway? MJ? Sheesh. If you noticed in his statement. He mentioned "Very Late". The first sentence that I wanted to shoot was "As a dad, aren't you the least worried about the welfare and safety of your son? He'll be back late you know. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk." I wonder if his son brings with him a torch..Or maybe a lightsaber. Lol. Anyway, after his partially senseless chatter, he ceased. I think he remembered what he said initially. Stepped on his own tail the fool has eh? And to think all this took 5 mins. That 5 mins was as good as a lifetime. Heh.
