It's friday. With approx. 50+hours more to go to monday, i don't see why i shouldn't kill some time now.
This is a rather old-school matter.
Customer service.
Personally i think that singapore's CS has improved. But there's a flip side. Not every person working in that field has made improvements.
I hate to say it, but most of these people are youngsters.
In a recent telephone conversation, i was inquiring about the price of a product. Firstly, i was mysteriously put on hold, don't know why, then the answerer and i had a few rounds of "Hello..Har?". This went on... In the end, i hate to raise my voice just to get that message into that person's head. Maybe he's attending a customer, maybe he's playing an online game, i don't know.
Ha.
If these people don't brush up on their conversational skills, thinking that they are very "zai" and cool at the way they're speaking, i think they are better of somewhere else. Look. I don't care if i'm a 15 year old making this comment and this makes me sound as though i am great. i am not. I just don't want the image of this generation to be degraded just because some want to look cool. Stupid.

this used to be a funhouse. But now it’s full of evil clowns.
