||I am rude??||

Ok..This is a bold statement to make, especially for a guy. But. Hey. Those who know me, am I that insolent? Do I go around and shuff people and deliberately knock into people and not apologise?
This is what happened:
I boarded Bus 26 and made my way to Geyland Bahru to get my lunch. There is a greater variety there and I tell you, you will get sick if you eat that "Vegetable Rice" every bloody day. The bus was hot, stuffy and packed with sweaty people. In short, it stinked a bit. But hey, obviously the air-con broke down and there is no use swearing right? After a couple of stops, I realised that I could not stand where I was because more people were boarding. So, silly me made the way to the end of the bus. Oh, did I mention that I was pushed by a middle-aged (Pay notice that I wrote this*) lady to the back because why? There were seats.
So there I was, at the back. Initially, I did not want to sit down because firstly, the dude on the right was occupying a hell of a space and that same aunty too did the same thing.
But
I realised that I would inevitably look stupid. So I sat down.
That was when all hell broke loose.
The big dude beside me glared at me as I was adjusting my bag and books on my lap. He glared like he can't believe that he saw gold on the ground.
I was like.."Huh?? What did I do?".
That he spoke, rather loudly, "Eh. Step on people's feet and never apologise."
Initially, I was like..What? I did what?
--Pause--
Firstly. Come on la. When you step on something, you will feel it right. Furthermore, it is not as though I am wearing a pair of Caterpillars or Army Boots. I was, for goodness sakes', wearing my comfy New Balance.
--Continue--
So I was wondering, how the hell did I step on the feet of yours and not feel any awkwardness under my sole. I was bewildered.
But heck. That dude was old. Why are old people so crancky when they see youngsters...
So I apologised to get the dude to shut his trap and go bug someone else. Bad for me the damage was done for all the kypo aunties turned round and looked at me like I was some Science Freak.
_sigh_
First and foremost I would like to clarify somethings:
1. That dude (I am being kind already by calling him a 'dude'), was sitting with his legs open like he was about to go into labour.
2. He jolly-well should have the commen sense to close his legs when in fact the bus is packed and people will generally want to grab a sit. So. SEE. WHO IS THE CB RUDE ONE HERE.
3.Next, I firmly believe that I did not step on his feet. And by the feet ah pek, the word is foot. Not feet. I am not Superman.
4. Maybe it was the heat. It makes people go "gar gar".
5. Or maybe he wanted to vent his anger at someone but could not find a suitable target. What a wimp.
6.OH yes. I did apologise to that dude. Not for stepping on his "feet" but for shoving a bit while I was making myself comfy in the seat.
------------->>>>>>>

From the above, I still do not believe that I stepped on his "feet".
I don't. I really don't.
Damn.

this used to be a funhouse. But now it’s full of evil clowns.
