What a day sia....
Alright, I admit it. Today was a big big cock up.
I am sorry for wasting for time Julian and Glen.
Deeply so. ='(
Ok.
Phase over.
On to some lighter, more cheerful things that are to come or already had happened.
---
Os for Chinese will come in about 1 week or so.
And I still haven't done the Practise Paper yet; I am so dead.
Anyway, today, the trio (the 2 mentioned above and yours truely) jumped from the West to Central then to North-East.
We contemplated about going to Sentosa for the kick of it but the thought quickly disintegrated.
Now. What happened today?
Let me start from Bugis.
--
Met Julian there at about 11.50pm, then made the way to Yoshinoya along with Glen who was conned by 2 girls (Loser...XD) to buy some pens which are still in my bag.
Ate there while Glen stoned and listened to that phone of his.
The phone really did seemed to be like glued to his ear or something. Whatever.
Then, we made our way to National Library.
It was closed.
You know, I think I was really dumb.
Really I thought I was.
No. I am dumb. ><
So we thought 'Hey..maybe it was like doing some book-counting or whatever shit." So we made our way to Orchard to the Library at Taka.
Yea..
It too was closed.
Bah!
And then and there, Glen suddenly remembered.
"EH! Today is Public Holiday. Deepavali!"
Ta ma de.
No..I am not cursing the holiday but rather...-->>
1. Why didn't I know that today's Deepavali?!
2. Why didn't that Glen told us this earlier.
...
So, ya.
There was thought of going home but heck, none of us really did had the mood.
So. Yea.
We made our way to Vivo City (The idea was from Julian)
The taxi fare was 7.40
Julian forked 40 cents. (....)
I paid 1 dollar.
The rest was Glen's business.
Lucky the uncle never take the ERP route or die until very cham.
Heh.
...
I didn't see what the hype about Vivo City was about.
The thing was, the marketing done by the advertising companies was really excellent. Cause, I (don't know about the others) felt that I was conned.
Seriously, Tampiness Mall or Plaza was clearly better than that shit hole.
Ok. Being vulgar liao.
This is why I was so pissed.
>>
Since the bloody place was open, why..
1. Were there still so many blinking shops not opened.
2. Were the lifts so badly "refurbished".
..
Then there was the crowd factor.
Apparently, many many people were "conned".
I was extremely pissed with the walkway in Vivo City.
It was like the 5 footway in Little India, except perhaps it was a 7 foot one.
That by the way doesn't make much difference.
I kinda pity the people who got knocked by my bag, (sorry about it).
We loitered around the place.
Shot curses at the damn shopping mall before eventually settling down for a cup of kopi at Starbucks.
Ok. It was blended mocha.
@#^^%$! Cost me 6.20
...
Then, we talked about chio bu (...)
Ya ya..Whatever.
Oh ya.
On the way to Orchard right, Julian got his crumpler bag clammed by the doors of the MRT.
I think I heard him saying "The door won't close one la".
...XDD
Ok..
*Breathe*
Must stop laughing.
Ya.
It was a funny experience. The 3 of us were like laughing our heads off, pretty oblivious to the 2 Jap look-alike girls that stared at us. Haha
OK..
Then we loitered somemore at Vivo City.
We bought tickets.
The decision was actually to watch Death Note; but the "earliest" seats were like 6.10pm
So, we settled for DOA.
It stands for Dead Or Alive.
The movie will start at about 4.20.
We bought the tickets at 1.30pm. =.=
So. Ya.
Talk cock lor.
Eventually, about 10 mins before the start of the show, we decided to get our butts back into Vivo City and get all the necessasities.
Bought chips and drinks.
That would only apply to me and Julian.
Ya. Glen Ang settled for some hot dog with lots and lots of cheese which I think I scrapped quite a portion of when I dropped the plastic bag containing the chips on it. Heh. =)
OK.
Before all that, after we got the goods, we made a mad dash around the second level of Vivo City.
Damn it I tell you that that place lacks Directory.
Ma de.
Ma de.
We were like in some Amazing Race shit or something.
Running and running.
...
Fuck.
Julian got ticked off by some ah pek. ><
Then, ya, by the time we got into the theatre, we had already missed the opening section which according to Glen, it was a little horny.
...
I can do without the testosterone rush at that time so I didn't see it as a loss.
Don't know how that would apply to the other dude.
XD
The movie was erriely short.
1 hour plus.
...
...
...
...
...
Ya. 1 hour.
I think most of the guys went there for the eye candy.
Girls in bikinis.
Short skirts.
Big ..You know.
But all in all. There is a lesson to be learnt.
Never ever play with chicks.
They can kick your balls.
...
I am signing off here.
If you are reading this (you know who you are).
Better tag.
=)
