Ponder ponder ponder

You know. At times. At those damning times, life will throw choices at you. And, more often than not, both choices have their repercussions. For example, you are to die by the hands of your enemy. You either get shot in head or get choked to death by gas. Either way, you die. So, I present to you a moral dilemma.
:Pardon me for the horrid drawing.
So, tell me. Who will you choose? Your one and only darling. Or your family?
I give you a possible and far-fetched scenario. You get a passer-by and allow him to get ran over first. Yes, you get to save all 4 people, but you sacrificed one innocent soul and will have to live with the guilt forever.
Second scenario. You die instead. You save everybody and hopefully, after 5-6 years, everyone will forget about this bloody misfortune. Your family will have to move on. Your darling marries your good friend.
Scene 3. You pray for a miracle to happen. Because you think that they maybe a slight glimpse of chance that the cart will stop. Or, this could happen. The cart runs over the poor people on the left hand side. It titters, wobbles and topples over the little "humps". It turtles. The contents spills over to your lover who thought that she will live to die another day. Alas, she did. About 6 seconds later.
So what will it be?
Be noble.
Be selfish.
Be indecisive.
I don't know about you. I will jump and kill myself. Because, after all, I am the reason as to why everyone's in this shit.

Hence, if you would. Tell me your choice? And I don't want L5 answers for crying out loud.

this used to be a funhouse. But now it’s full of evil clowns.
