Oooooh..the card.

Today is a rather sad day for zhi yang. Why? Because today, zhiyang got back his report card. Let me give you the rundown of his grades.
-English: B4
-Higher Chinese: B4
-A Math: A1
-E Math: A1
- Biology: A1
-Chemistry: B3
-Physics: B4
-Combined Humanities: A1
-Civics and Moral Education: A

First of all, I think I should be shot for getting an A for CME. The project was to design a Mother's Day Card, which I think has most probably gone missing in the Staff Room, and I did it at the last moment. I practically used the paper dividers as decorations and ripped off some old notices and used the blank side to jot down my heart-felt messages for Mum. Apparently, it didn't matter whether or not you do this card as there were some lazy bums who didn't even lift a finger and got themselves an A! Gee, the next time, I am following suit. I wonder who was the Elmoic-idiot who went to use Publisher and paraded his work. He got an A as well. In fact, the whole class did.
L1R4: 10
L1R5: 14.
The last time I was notified, to enter SA, one had to be armed with at most 9 points. So, with 14 points, deducting 2 from Higher Chinese (I am that desperate), and I will be left with 12. If I go by the affiliation route, I think I might perhaps enter Catholic. But hell no, that's not my desired choice. So, I was thinking, perhaps Nanyang. But then, there so happened to be this bugger with 9 points (minus 4 for CCA and Higher Chinese and you get 5) who wants to get into Nanyang as well. Reason being, he can't get into Victoria. Like...EH! ^&#^%#$%#$%^. Don't come and act can jia leh. xDD
I was hoping to get like 10 points for my L1R5 this time around. But hey, how often do you see a meteor shower in Singapore? It was a miracle to get that A1 for Humanities already; I wonder if I could repeat this feat in O levels... So, I made a common sensical deduction. To get 9 points or less, I had to get:
A1 --> E Math (COMPULSORY)
A1 --> A Math (COMPULSORY)
A1 --> Chemistry (COMPULSORY)
A1 --> Combined Humanities (COMPULSORY) (Wait for that meteor shower)
A2 --> Biology (Sketchy)
A2 --> English (Even more sketchy)
That will add up to give me 8 points, 1 point ahead of the pack. Then, get a merit for Higher Chinese and POOF! I get 6 points. Ya, that number. I can ogle it the whole day... xD

Anyway, I found this very interesting comment my form teacher made of me today. By the way, my conduct is VERY GOOD. Ha ha ha! This despite the fact that so many many teachers are pissed with me for sitting on the tables (apparently, none of the other 4A-ers do this) and me looking like a dumb-ass and responding like a dumb-ass during Physics.
He said this of me: Chionh Zhi Yang is a conscientious student. He is well-behaved and obedient (Ok, I sense a touch of sarcasm). He has the potential to do better. He communicates effectively with his peers and has a kind nature.
Whoa! I didn't know I was that angelic. And there I was thinking that I will get an earful from Mum when she sees my conduct to be GOOD (which is as good as telling the parent what an ass his son is in school.) I got that for the entire year last year.
I got a very inquisitive glance from JLee today. She looked like a matriach. She gave me that thorough scan from top to bottom, then from bottom to top, then gave me that bewildered-alarmed-mildly pissed-heaven cares-i can't believe you are like this- look. In short, she thinks I am crazy. Or so I can infer. From the start of the year, she said that I had lost weight (3 kg only...), to that "Whoa! You have changed!" remark. I am like, eh? Since when did I become an object of public scrutiny?

Anyway, do tag. I am gonna do chemistry now. All of a sudden, I am liking chem more than icky bio. Yup, it's official. Biology's out and Chemistry's in. Elmo is for loser emos. Maybe jose can be Bert.

this used to be a funhouse. But now it’s full of evil clowns.
