*Round of applause* to the new-age Green Goblin.
Yes, I just got back about an hour ago from a movie. And yes, it's pretty dumb-proof that I just watched Spiderman 3. And might I just add that if not for Harry Osbourne, Peter Parker would have got his head chewed off by Venom. I think it is a rather tragic event for Harry to die so, especially in that melancholic manner. It is ironic that he suffered the similar fate as his Daddy. While his Dad's ego spiraled out of control and killed himself, Harry got knifed by Venom with the Glider. Oh ya, did I say that the new version of the Glider is swank? Yes it is. I wonder how much it's on sale for.
Well it's alls well that ends well for Spiderman 3. The movie was a wee bit long though and I was left shivering- the air con- for about 30 minutes before homeostasis brought my body temperature back to balance. De Wei wasn't that fortunate. Mid-way through the movie, I saw this bunch of MGS people running up and down the stairway. Maybe they are like us; they have their NAPFA tomorrow and are practicing their shuttle run. I do my shuttle runs every morning- chasing after the bloody bus. If I had Harry's Glider, I wouldn't have to do that. Also, think of the 7 floors that I don't have to climb every darn morning! Oh, I am just pure lazy.
I got back some of my marks today. And I will be a good boy and share it with you. Mum doesn't know it yet. Not so that she didn't ask but she just ticked me off and I really am not in the mood to justify the marks that I got. To hell with her stupid opinions.
English:
--> Comprehension: 30/50 It was miserably done. Miserable. I am appalled by this mark.
--> English Composition 1: 23/30. This was unexpected; I caught wind of this when some spies got a glance at the mark sheet when Agatha was "not looking".
Combined Humanities:
--> Social Studies: 19/25. FMP broke the suspense and gave us everything this morning. I was hoping for a 21 but since I didn't managed to finish off my last linkage, I guess I just have to settle for a 19. Rats.
--> Geography: 20/25. Now this was truly unexpected. Never in my wildest dreams would I even dream of hitting a 20. Gee, FMP must have been feeling high when she was marking the scripts. Or is this psychology? A method used to make us worker even more so that she could really brandish her arsenal in Prelim 2. )Shudder(
E: Math:
-->Paper 1: 40/40. Nothing to say.
--> Paper 2: 43/60. Firstly, I want to bash my head for misreading a Q to be a P. Secondly, I want to rip the graph paper apart on Transformation. Thirdly, I want to flip the examiner upside down and stuff the answer script into that person's mouth for giving such irritating Vector questions. All of which cost me about 7-9 marks. Damn, I could have gotten so much higher.
Total: 83/ 100
A: Math:
--> 79/100. Considering the fact that I finished the paper in 1 hour and was left scratching my head on where I could possibly go wrong, which I evidently did, I must say that a 79 is disappointing. I was aiming for a 85. Hmm, I guess I have to try harder for Prelim 2.
Physics:
--> 61/100. Ok, you might be thinking that I will be downright pissed with a 61. It's a damning way to end the day but did you know that I got 17/50 for Physics last year? Right, although this shows that I am on the right track of "improvement" but I have got to switch to Gear 4 if I were to catch that elusive A1. Ok, Prelim 2. My target. At least a A2. Wish that my engine doesn't blow.
Chemistry:
--> 67.5/ 100. Now this one I AM pissed. I slogged my lungs and soul and blood and sweat and sleep out to do Chemistry and all I get is a stupid 67.5. I want to know where did I go wrong. I seriously want to. I don't care, I want an A1 for O levels and that's that. Period.
The following below are still unknown:
English Composition Situational Writing.
Higher Chinese Paper; I just want to freaking pass.
Biology. If I can beat THAT bloke, I will treat Julian to Jack's Place.
And...No more!
CSI awaits.
