terribly wasted day.
Because(this is a really bad way to start an essay) of some course which I foolishly signed up, I was whisked off to Ngee Ann Poly this afternoon; completely missing Chemistry lesson and the 2.4 km run. I am really cool with the latter being missed and held on Tuesday, I am just pissed with the fact that I missed that period of Chemistry sitting on the bus waiting for her to get all set and ready and all.
The gang got onto the bus at like around 12-we hurriedly left the class after the horrendous Geography test. And there we were, thinking that "oh gosh" we might be late. It turned out that we weren't after all. In fact, we were sufficiently early to have ran an entire 2.4 km route and go to the canteen to buy 2 cups of 100 Plus before boarding the bus again. That was how much time we wasted. And I'm really pissed with that.
We arrived at Ngee Ann at around 1-2 pm? It was a rather long journey and the bus ride was anything but enjoyable. The three of us sat at the back: Me, Julian and Xue Ian.
I was reading TIME about Kim-that fat ass in N.Korea and his forging, drug dealing schemes. Julian was busy ingesting something about neurones which I happily showed him some diagrams in TIME. Xue Ian was reading Physics. See, we all use our time wisely. The rest of the houseflies were hovering elsewhere in the bus.
So we got there. And que sera sera, we happen to be the first two, if I'm not mistaken, groups to arrive. It was a mad dash to get some freebie from Gucci or something. Throughout the entire walk to the lecture hall, she was there rushing us, shooing us and getting us to giddy up. Sure, I'll giddy up. Grr.
Then, we got there, and were dismissed for lunch.
Lunch was norm though. Nothing much to elaborate.
Then came the presentations and GOD WERE THEY BORING.
I kinda sympathized our school's group but seriously, they weren't really a match for those folks from ACS(I) and MGS. Yes, those people were that good.
I kinda liked the group from MGS. No, it's not just the sex appeal. Their presentation was apt, feasible and realistic. The profit margins were not that much into about breaking even like the rest of the boozoos. So I gave my vote for them.
They won first. Tied with ACS.
So shortly after 6, we were dismissed. She told us that there will be a prize ceremony during morning assembly on Monday. I wonder...where's the podium? Infer that.
I hate her time arrangement. And I don't care if she happens to chance upon this and flunk my exams. So be it.
