Tick. Tock.
I slept at 2 in the morning today and woke up surprisingly early. It was only 9.20 when I woke up. I suppose I am getting used to the 7 hours of sleep daily routine already. I mean, for normal school days, I normally hit the sheets at 12 or even 1am if the workload is immense. I wake up at 6am. Well, it is training one way or another.
I went to my Aunt's place today to do my PAE. I know that sounds stupid but then, my printer died on me. Out of ink they say. What the heck. So I went to her house and as I typed the course code in, she was asking which stream I decided to get into.
She, by the way, is an ex-Saint Andrews Student. I told her that I would dapple in the science stream but the combination that I am taking is going to be weird.
For the record, this is what I told her: GP, Math, Economics, Chemistry and History.
Her eye brows rose when she heard me. History? With Chemistry as a science? I know. I admitted that it was weird. Why not take Biology she said? I told her I had no such affinity. Besides, I would rather study some other subject like Geography-effectively turning me 100% arts- then suffer memorising biology.
Life is after all complicated.
But really, I heeded her advice. Because it is true that such a combination would prove rather cumbersome when I hit University. That's another question two years later.
So I was thinking.
You know.
I might try to play around with Physics again.
I am serious.
I mean. I have seen or at least skimmed the crux of the Biology A level notes. It's basically genetics. And FYI. I hate it. I absolutely hate every single molecule of genetics.
I might be turning back to Physics instead.
Yes. It would mean more white hair, more pimples, more mind-boggling principles. But hey, if people managed to do it in the 1700s, without air-con, no mp3..Then I, the child of the 21st Century can bloody survive Physics. God save me.
But of course. If all fails, I would still take the Arts Stream. KI sounds..how to say. It's worth a try.
