Calls.

I guess today is the sort of day which you can consider as temperamental.
I received a call from VJC today. Remind me to hound Mum to change the house phone because something is really wrong with the volume. The girl on the other end was to inform me of some details on 2nd January. Half the time, I was saying "Sorry?" rather than actually grasping what she was saying. Her name is Annabel by the way. She sounded tired though. Haha, who wouldn't be?
I found out that she was to be my group leader. Gee, maybe Victoria College does have a girl: boy ratio of 3:1. Why is that? Because the rest of the guys I know also received calls from a girl. Be it Sheryl or some other girly girl name. Ha. I waited all puberty for a girl to call me= to ask me stuff other than work- and this one just ruined it. Hmmph.
Apparently, my group was to be called Cyprus. It's a country. And my sub-group? Clyde. It sounds a bit weird cause I was thinking that it should be the capital of Cyprus but hey, I'm not complaining. I just want to live through orientation.
I called the rest. It seems as though we are being dispersed here and there. The lucky duos were Julian and Glen who got into the same group. I wonder who I will be stranded with in Cyprus Clyde. Gee, this group name is beginning to sound like a person's name or something. Like..never mind.
Then I found out that a particular someone is flying off to another continent next year.
Say, I still owe you a coffee treat. And I want to give you one before you fly off. Being friends for so long..Haha. It feels kinda weird.

Anyway. I finally got to watch Harry Potter today. I watched it online and the screen was miserably small and every now and then, the system will just jam there. Just felt like throwing a couple of curses then.
