Osiris.
There was OGL training. We cheered, we screamed, we stomped, we rocked the house.
Unlike the other OGLs, I didn't receive an sms or a call for that matter by councilor who was supposed to inform me of which OG I was suppose to be leading. In the end, I had to go to the board outside LT1 and take a look see for myself. I will talk about that later, cross-country first.
Unlike the boring Cross back at Maris Stella, VJC had their cross-country at the very nice East Coast Park. In the true spirit of VJC, there were, of course, special events. Let's say, you get to dress up like some queer fellow or have stuff pinned to your back. I did the latter. In fact, the 5 guys in our class did it. Hid-dir, Joel, Bing Hao, Kenny and I. We had one important message to send: 08S33.
Hid-dir was OH-> hydroxide.
I was Eight.
Kenny was ASS
Both Bing Hao and Joel were Three.
The stupid thing was that the five were supposed to band together. Meaning, we were technically supposed to run together to display 08S33. But then, in the midst of the race, Bing Hao just dashed forward. I felt the urge to follow suit and I did just that...eventually beating him. Haha. I ran together with Kenny. So, instead of displaying 08S33, we displayed Eight Ass. -.-
Anyway, I came in 415th. A pathetic number. What the heck larh.
Went to Hall where we did Mass Dance and the lucky draws.
Had lunch at Pizza Hut.
Came back for OGL training.
It turned out that I was in the same OG as Jessica-is that good news or bad news..haha- but different sub-groups. I was in Group 8 and she in Group 7. My sub-group was supposed to have 4 people, including me. But in the end, only 2 turned up and one of them bailed to Group 3. So in the end, there were two. A girl called Sheryl and I. Okay...
We did cheers for the first hour and ice-breakers where I got to know NO one. -.- Whoa lao. Remind me to talk to more people on Monday; maybe it's the 4.8km and the insane cheering that tire me.
We did like almost 20 OGL cheers by the end of the day? Oh man.
Mass dances later and I finally know how to do them properly. At least a good 70% of it.
Went to Bugis and had dinner there at Pasta.
Tired.
